Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to ilijakosanin.dev and personal tools operated by Ilija Košanin ("I", "me"), including the personal TikTok posting helper known as Ilija Personal Poster. By using this website or related personal tools, you agree to these Terms.

What this is

This site is my personal website and portfolio. Content here is provided for information about my work, projects, and writing. Personal tools linked from this site (including Ilija Personal Poster) are intended primarily for my own use to manage content on accounts I own.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site or tools for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity
• Attempt to break, scrape excessively, or disrupt the site
• Use any connected social integrations to access accounts or data you do not own or are not authorized to manage
• Misrepresent the site, tools, or content as an official TikTok product

TikTok and third-party services

Ilija Personal Poster may use TikTok Login Kit and Content Posting API (and related OAuth/token services such as Composio) so I can authorize my own TikTok account and publish videos to it. Use of TikTok remains subject to TikTok's terms, developer policies, and community guidelines. I am responsible for content I publish to my accounts.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise noted, the site design, text, and original content on ilijakosanin.dev belong to Ilija Košanin. You may link to public pages. Do not copy substantial content for commercial reuse without permission.

No warranties

The site and personal tools are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. I do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that third-party integrations (including TikTok) will always work.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ilija Košanin is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or related personal tools.

Changes

I may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when I do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
